Muddy Boot Prints offers outdoor early learning programs designed to connect children with nature in Vancouver's beautiful urban parks. Our programs are carefully structured to provide consistent, high-quality outdoor education while adapting to the natural rhythms of the seasons.
Flicker Program
Our Flicker Program is a roving outdoor preschool program that visits multiple parks throughout East Vancouver, specifically between Main Street and Renfrew. This multi-aged morning class offers children the opportunity to experience diverse natural environments as we rotate parks every 2 weeks.
Currently contacting waitlisted families for 2025-26.
Sandpiper Program
The Sandpiper Program is also a roving outdoor preschool program for multi-aged groups. This program visits parks between Main Street and MacDonald, providing children in the west side area access to our outdoor learning approach. Like Flicker, we rotate locations every 2 weeks.
Please check current availability.
Goldenears Program
Our Goldenears Program for 4-6 year olds operates 2 days a week and is based solely out of Trillium Park North in Strathcona. While there will be opportunities for field trips during this program, the majority of activities happen at this single, familiar location.

📧 Staying Connected
Parents will receive monthly emails that will list all of our locations and activities for the month ahead. We believe in keeping families well-informed about where and when programs are happening.
Additional emails will also be sent out every time there is a location change for either program. We have a strong policy of "No Muddy Boots left behind!" - ensuring every family knows exactly where to find us.
